Returns
• You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
• Items must be unused, in the original condition, and returned in their original packaging.
• Please make sure to return the product only to the address we provide—do not send items back to the manufacturer.

Order Modifications & Cancellations
You have a 24-hour window after placing your order to make changes or cancel it (sale items excluded). After that, the order is processed and cannot be altered.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing parts, reach out to our support team and we’ll arrange a replacement right away. When contacting us, please use the subject line: Damaged/Missing Item Claim for faster assistance.
What if my tracking says delivered, but I haven’t received the package?
If the carrier confirms that delivery was made to the correct address with date, time, and location, we are not liable for lost items.
If the delivery cannot be confirmed, please notify us and we’ll resend or refund your order as soon as possible.
In cases where an incorrect address was provided during checkout, and the package was delivered accordingly, we cannot be held responsible. However, we always try to help—depending on the situation, we may offer a discounted replacement. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately so we can update it before it’s processed.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received in acceptable condition, we will issue your refund and notify you.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take 5–10 business days to reflect.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping initially, the return shipping fee will still apply and be deducted from your refund.
Sale Items
Only full-priced products are eligible for refunds or cancellations. Sale items are final and non-refundable.
